"A couple years ago I was having issues with my garage door and another company came out and fixed everything. I was pleased. So when my garage door started acting up I called that company again. A virtual assistant answered. I said I wanted to speak to a real person. So the virtual assistant said it understood I wanted to speak to a real person and transferred me to another virtual assistant. I hung up. A minute later I got a text. I responded to the text. The text replied back that it was not a monitored channel. I will not go back to that company. I prefer real people. So I called AAA. WOW! A real person answered. Dillon was friendly and offered to come out that same day. When he arrived he diagnosed the problem quickly and now my garage door works flawlessly and is a lot quieter. I deleted the other place from my contacts and made sure AAA was at it. I highly recommend Dillon at AAA Garage Door Solutions."
